[Ordonnance](https://help.surgica.fr/dossier-patient?hsLang=fr#ordonnance) # Ordonnance - Analyse ordonnance et effets secondaires ## Surgica permet d'analyser une ordonnance en prenant compte les différentes prescriptions, les prescriptions précédentes, ainsi que le terrain du patient. ### Dans la partie basse de l’onglet Médicament de l’ordonnance, on accède à ces fonctionnalités : ![Ordonnance\_Analyse\_Ordonnance1](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance1.png?width=597&height=90&name=Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance1.png) L’écran est divisé en 2 zones : 1. **Zone d’analyse de l’ordonnance** avec le nombre d’alertes classifiées par niveaux 2. **Zone de recherche d’effets secondaires** potentiels liés aux traitements en cours --- #### 1. Recherche d’effets indésirables Dans la partie basse d’une ordonnance, un nouveau bouton **Effets indésirables** permet de rechercher parmi les traitements en cours (ordonnances ou traitements personnels), ceux potentiellement responsables d’un effet indésirable recherché, classés par ordre d’imputabilité décroissante. ![Ordonnance\_Analyse\_Ordonnance5](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance5.png?width=591&height=84&name=Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance5.png) En cliquant sur le bouton **Effets indésirables**, la fenêtre suivante apparaît. Alertes HAS - SAM (Système d’aide à la décision) Dans certains cas, des alertes HAS peuvent apparaître. Elles s’apparentent à un **Système d’aide à la décision** indexé par médicament (SAM) lorsque les conditions de déclenchement du SAM sont réunies. - **Exemple 1** : précaution à prendre lors de la prescription d’un médicament donné en solution buvable chez l’enfant de moins de 6 ans. - **Exemple 2** : pour **CAPECITABINE BIOGARAN®**. ![Ordonnance\_Analyse\_Ordonnance8](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance8.png?width=670&height=380&name=Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance8.png) Ce type d’alerte peut être masquée de deux manières : - **Uniquement cette alerte** pour le patient en cours : Dans la fenêtre d’analyse d’ordonnance, cliquer sur l’alerte, puis sur **Cacher** (cf. ci-dessous). ![Ordonnance\_Analyse\_Ordonnance9](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance9.png?width=204&height=87&name=Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance9.png) Le message de confirmation suivant apparaît : ![Ordonnance\_Analyse\_Ordonnance10](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance10.png?width=577&height=227&name=Ordonnance_Analyse_Ordonnance10.png) Dans ce cas, ce type d’alerte pour ce patient ne sera plus présente.
