[Ordonnance](https://help.surgica.fr/dossier-patient?hsLang=fr#ordonnance) # Ordonnance - Activer ou désactiver l’ordonnance numérique ## Surgica vous permet de générer vos prescriptions en ordonnance papier ou en ordonnance numérique. Vous pouvez choisir quel mode utiliser par défaut et basculer facilement de l’un à l’autre à tout moment. ### 1. Régler le mode par défaut Le choix de générer ou non une ordonnance numérique par défaut se fait dans la fenêtre **Générer Ordonnance** : 1. Validez votre ordonnance pour afficher la fenêtre **Générer Ordonnance**. 2. Ce réglage s'applique à vos prochaines ordonnances. Il ne modifie pas les ordonnances déjà générées. > **À noter :** depuis Surgica 10.0.5.1, cette option n'est plus dans les préférences de l'écran de saisie de l'ordonnance. Si vous l'aviez déjà réglée, votre choix est conservé. Si la case est grisée, l'ordonnance numérique n'est pas activée pour votre compte : contactez l'assistance. Dans la même fenêtre, vous réglez aussi les options de partage par défaut (impression, DMP, messagerie sécurisée, passerelle établissement) : voir l'article « Ordonnance — Préférences de génération et de partage ».  **Résultat** : au moment de générer l'Ordonnance, la génération et envoi de l'Ordonnance Numérique sera proposé ou non par défaut (exemple ci-dessous activé).   2 - Activer l'ordonnance Numérique au cas par cas (pendant la rédaction) Quel que soit le mode par défaut, il est possible d'activer ou non l'ordonnance numérique **à la volée** pour l’ordonnance en cours : -
