Temps de lecture : 2min **Principe de fonctionnement** **1.** Sur l'écran de consultation ou d'intervention, aller sur l'onglet Couverture sociale.  ![image-Jul-27-2023-03-01-00-0162-PM](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/image-Jul-27-2023-03-01-00-0162-PM.png?width=670&height=456&name=image-Jul-27-2023-03-01-00-0162-PM.png) **2.** En cliquant sur le bouton + vous allez pouvoir soit ajouter manuellement une nouvelle couverture sociale, ou bien recharger la couverture sociale d'une précédente consultation. Pour pouvoir recharger la couverture sociale d'une précédente consultation, il faut qu'une feuille de soins ait été réalisé dans une consultation ou intervention passé. ![image (1)-3](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/image%20(1)-3.png?width=670&height=502&name=image%20(1)-3.png) **3.** Une fois terminé, il suffit de valider la couverture sociale. ![image (2)-3](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/image%20(2)-3.png?width=670&height=476&name=image%20(2)-3.png) **4.**  Sur l'écran de consultation ou d'intervention, aller sur l'onglet FSE dans la partie codage et règlement, vous allez maintenant pouvoir sélectionner FSE Dégradée. ![2024-08-28\_12-03-27](https://help.surgica.fr/hs-fs/hubfs/2024-08-28_12-03-27.png?width=670&height=465&name=2024-08-28_12-03-27.png) ***Attention :** Lorsque vous réalisez des feuilles de soins dégradée les caisses de santé vous demandent de fournir en plus le bordereau de télétransmission et le duplicata de la FSE.
